Outsource Engineering We know that our customers outsource their product engineering to KOHLEX when they know we understand their design intent. All of KOHLEX’s work is focused on how we can best complement our client’s capabilities to meet their customer’s needs. Our global approach to Product Development and Industrial Design works for: Consumer, Medical, Aerospace, Environmental, as well as, any other products alike. It merges engineering analytical tools and creative processes into a comprehensive solution to deliver a unique Design Language. That design language is the style that communicates our client’s vision to their customers.

Placement & RecruitingWe are committed to delivering appropriate and Innovative tangible product strategies for growth that are grounded in business viability and market desirability. We offer best in class American Innovation through on-site FTE engineering Placements as well as a low cost alternative Offshore Outsourcing through our world class India Design Center in Hyderabad. We often find a mix of both on-site and offshore engineers strikes the perfect balance of collaborative innovation and low cost rapid product development. Operating from world class offices in America and India, we offer the same cost savings of a freelancer while including management supervision and a secure network environment. Kohlex management personally reviews each engineer before recommending them to our customers. Engineers then submit resumes and a one-way video interview to our customers for review and approval. Selected engineers are dedicated 100% to one customer and are never time shared. Intellectual property is always yours and is protected in secrecy through signed NDA by Kohlex and your engineer. Managers provide oversight, quality control and participate in customer and design review meetings. Each engineer is provided with a workstation class machine configured with fully licensed Solidworks, Enterprise PDM and Microsoft office software. Communications is facilitated by HD IP-Telephony with a USA based phone number. HD Video and online screen share conferencing is also available. All services and infrastructure are provided for one low cost monthly fee.
